The Bode City Council met in special session Monday April 28, 2025 at 5:30PM in the council chambers. Council members Fulwider, Miller, McKenna, and Tepner were present. Absent Hasfjord. Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order.

This being the time and place for the Public Hearing for the Proposed 2025/26 City Budget. Mayor Peterson opened the public hearing at 5:30PM, Mayor Peterson called for any oral or written objections disputing the 2025/26 City Budget. There were none. Move by Tepner, second by Miller to approve, Resolution 2025-07 “A Resolution approving the City of Bode’s Annual Budget for fiscal year 2025-26. Ayes: Tepner, Miller, Fulwider, and Mckenna. Nays: none.

A motion was made by Tepner, second by Miller to adjourn at 5:35PM.
